Craiglee carries $2,000,000 liability insurance to protect you in case of unforeseen problems. All subtrades we use have liability insurance as well. We are registered and compliant with WSIB (workman’s safety insurance board) and the Labour Board of Ontario and adhere to all safety guidelines. Where safety is concerned, Craiglee has you covered from beginning to end.
Will my home improvement disturb my neighbours?
Not only does the renovation have an impact on your life, but that of your neighbours and your entire street. We take the opportunity to introduce ourselves to your immediate neighbours and explain what we are doing and how we will not infringe on their property without their permission. We comply with the law with the hours of operation and try to have as little impact on the street as possible. We strive to make the entire process as stress free as possible for you and your neighbours.

Our policies include a guarantee that we will respond to a question of concern within a day and will make arrangements to rectify any issues within three days. Craiglee strives to complete your home to your satisfaction and approval. We want the customer to be happy. All finishes, fixtures, bathtubs, tiles, flooring, etc. are selected by the customer. Our final payment is based on your satisfaction with the completed project.
